Django testing hooks

Hi all,

When running django tests (django 1.6) is it possible to run a specific command before the tests and run a command on failure and on success?

I have bought a blink1 (http://blink1.thingm.com/) and would like it to change colour depending on the results of the tests. Is this possible?
