File Upload with additional Parameters

Hi guys,

Any suggestions on the best approach to achieve the below with Django's upload handlers. I was reviewing documentation at https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/3.1/topics/http/file-uploads/

On upload I want to be able to read the contents of the document as per below.

Read: –File Name, Author’s Name, Index , count  number pages in the document. And populate fields on django template automatically

N.B I am not looking for code, just insight or point me in the right direction.
