New django user

I received the attached error when trying to verify tutorial part 1 django
error

what should I do next?

my django version is 1.10.4

my python version is 3.5.2

As error page shows, your urlconf doesn't define a view for "/polls" URL. You should fix that.

Check urls.py file.
You haven't add polls app in urls.py file

If you added, then check whether app is registered in your settings file or not
