Python-Django : ImportError at / : No module named urls

I have created Djnago project in eclipse. Unfortunately, i am facing issue when i run the project

ImportError at / No module named urls

Check "urls.py" file in your project manage folder.

I think you doesn't have a "urls.py" in your project folder.

Have you checked the file permissions?

The user runing the project, must be able to read the files at least.
