Pip proxy no proxy

Hello Guys,

i have no proxy in my network. Suddenly when i use pip install then i get:

pip3 install django
WARNING: Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required'))': /simple/django/

But i think i don't set anything with proxy in pip or in my environment.

Have someone a idea?

What Is your PC ip address and gateway. Are you absolutely sure you have no proxy config? What OS Is on your computer?
