Error while using manage.py

I am using conda virtual enviroment to use django for my project . I am learning django from telusko youtube channel . First time while using python manage.py runserver , python manage.py startapp hari . Everything was quit great and working finely after I have closed my visual studio code and opened I have got a huge list of import errors what should I do now what happened to my virtual environment . Please help me friends I am highly believing you all
