Does Django provides UI interface like Wordprees do? How we can develop website in django using UI?

Django doesn't behave like WordPress. There isn't a UI like WordPress.

Like previously stated django isn't a CMS. Django is a framework to create websites from scratch. That being said if you are familiar with Python and want to use Python instead of PHP for creating a website you can also use django-cms which is a plugin for doing what you want.
