Using chrome and firefox on Mac, during the past few days every time I
tried to start recovering my password through
https://www.djangoproject.com/accounts/password/reset/, I got the
following error on visiting(GET) the page:

Page unavailable
We're sorry, but the requested page is currently unavailable.
We're messing around with things internally, and the server had a bit
of a hiccup.
Please try again later.

This has been reported in #21826. We have a fix for it but we're running
into issues with the deployment.
