Comment:

#12504 discusses read-only not being observed at all, whereas here, read-
only is observed, only with the wrong display (text vs map). Also, #12504
claims only `GISModelAdmin` and analogues are affected, whereas I
reproduced the report here with just `ModelAdmin`.

#37043 was a dupe.
