The section ''Réglages par défaut'' describes the algorithm used by django
to determine the defaults settings.
The name of the default global setting file is missing.
The english version looks like this:
''Load settings from global_settings.py.''
The french one like this:
''Charger les réglages de''
global_settings.py is missing in the french version.

Thanks for the report, however, translations are handled at
[https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/internals/contributing/localizing/#documentation
Transifex] rather than in this tracker.

Thanks Éric. For your information, this was fixed in Transifex and the fix
will appear in the next fetching of translations (which happens 4-5 times
a year).
