Hi,

It would be really helpful if we can set some default arguments for core
management commands such as makemessages. This way, dev who run the
commands won't have to remember to pass the arguments that we want.

This is the perfect use-case for a wrapper tool such as Make (or Just or
Invoke or ... — the options are legion.)
