Calling timezone.now() shows date that is 3 days late. For instance, today
is 15th of November, however, calling timezone.now() returns 12th of
November.

You'll need to debug this issue on your machine and explain why you
believe Django is at fault. All I can think is that your system clock is
set incorrectly.
