I just tried to post a "suggestion" ticket and got this response:

Error: Submission rejected as potential spam

SpamBayes determined spam probability of 90.10%

The text of the ticket I tried to post was actually rather short, so I
can't imagine what triggered such a high spam probability. Needless to
say, this is very frustrating. Perhaps the Spam settings could be
adjusted to reduce the false positives.

I'm sorry that you encountered this. Spam filter are not perfect, but
there is not much we can do. We have a really small number of such reports
and valid tickets rejected.
