When accessing Django admin http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin/ the theme toggle
box is incorrect styled.

I can't reproduce this issue, I tested both Django 4.2.1 and Django dev
version, both in Firefox and Chrome Version 113.0.5672.63 (Official Build)
(64-bit). If you keep having this issue, the advise would be to seek for
