Part 4 of tutorial states, that there are 7 more parts "coming soon", but
they haven't come for 3 months at least.
I hope that they will appear soon, especially the one about cache
framework.

Open ended "Things should be better" tickets don't really help us -- we
know things can be better, we just don't have the time or resources to
make them better. We try to keep tickets to specific suggestions or
actions that we could take.
So, I'm going to accept this ticket in a slightly modified form -- since
you mentioned caching as a subject for a tutorial, we can use this ticket
as a tracker for a specific tutorial on caching.

3 years since this ticket was created. The
[https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.7/topics/cache/ caching doc] is at a
much better state now and is fairly introductory. I think we can skip
having a separate tutorial for caching. Even if we create a tutorial under
"Advanced Tutorials", we'd mostly be copy-pasting things from
topics/cache. Don't think that's a good idea.
