The end of support for MySQL 8.0 is 30 Apr 2026. Therefore, Django 6.1
(released in August 2026) may set MySQL 8.4 as the minimum version that it
supports (see SupportedDatabaseVersions).

Makes sense, thank you Jacob! This seems to be a dupe of #36624 though?

For others, like me, wondering about mysql versions in between, 8.1, 8.2,
and 8.3 are already EoL. 8.4 which is an LTS ends in 6 years (30 Apr
2032).
