The lack of indent is a CSS issue tracked at
https://github.com/django/djangoproject.com/issues/662.

The "add another" issue looks valid. The sentence in question is: "Note
that there is an extra “Delete?” column that allows removing rows added
using the “Add Another Choice” button and rows that have already been
saved."
