All resource URIs are empty with or without namespaces

I have followed the instructions on this page to use namespaces, but all of my resource URIs are empty.

I read this ticket but the solution appears to be to use the namespace features of TastyPie, which I have done, to no avail.

I am using the latest TastyPie (0.14?) and Django 1.10.8 and I also tried Django 1.11.x.
