Tag ordering (keep same as when saving)

Hi guys!

I didn't find this problem is issues that's why i ask here.

Can I make it so that when I get tags, the order is the same as when I saved it?

I see that when tags are saving they are casted to set. Are there any reasons why we must use set instead of list with removing duplicates?
