Memory error for large size database

I just want to plugin the solr search for my site,
It contain archives in PDF format( approx 5 GB of pdf files). I am not
able to index the table which have pdf details. It raising memory
error !!
Please show me the way to reindex the table which have approx 5GB of
data .

Are the OOM errors on django side or solr?

As I am reindexing the table using command          python manage.py solr  --reindex     so it seems to be solr side but I am not confirm,

It raising the error while reindexing.
