I'm looking to become a OAuth provider like Facebook and Google and I'm not sure of the terminology used.
Could any point me in the right direction?

I'm not sure that Django Social Auth is the right package to use. DSA, as far as I know, is a tool for authenticating with OAuth, not becoming an OAuth provider. Maybe something like Django OAuth Toolkit would be more suited for your use case.
