Built-in permission class not working

to Django REST framework

I'm trying to add permission classes for my View but it seem not working, users that unauthenticated still can user POST, PUT, DELETE requests. Please help me!

1. This is my Views

2. User still can user PUT request

3. I'm not specify any permission in setting.py so default permission is allow-any
