how to Setup django helpdesk package to Django application - Please help

i need to setup support ticket feature to my client application. i found django helpdesk package but i try to setup but til now i dont complete, if any of you worked this Support Ticket system please help me. thanks

First i clone the Project into local system after i run python setup.py install,  after i don't  understand what to do
