Issue with CursorPagination class

I am having an issue with the cursor pagination class where I navigate to the last page, go to the previous page, then try and go to the next page again. Django REST Framework adds a WHERE condition to this queryset when going to the next page again which results in 0 results.

To give context, I am ordering by 3 fields, due to sensitivity I am not sharing the actual names.

http://localhost:8000/api?page_size=5&ordering=-a,-b,-c

I have 15 rows in my database so there should be 3 pages of 5 items.

field b and c are unique, but field a is very uniform. Most values are the same.
