MultipleChoiceField and default

Hi All

Is it expected that the default attribute on a MultipleChoiceField is obeyed?:

The code never seems to get hit when I use it in a request serializer, and using a scalar also doesn't work. I'm presuming this is either a bug with DRF or a bad expectation on my part.
