Reducing precision on GeometryField serializer

I'd like to propose a feature to allow users to specify the maximum precision of coordinates returned by a GeometryField serializer.  I have opened a PR for discussion here: https://github.com/djangonauts/django-rest-framework-gis/pull/158

Feel free to respond to the PR or this thread (although I'd prefer to keep conversation in the PR rather than within this thread).
