django-require 1.0.4 has landed!

Hello all,

I've just released django-require 1.0.4 on GitHub and PyPi. It includes the following changes:

• Updating requirejs to 2.1.8
• Updating r.js to 2.1.8
• Updating closure compiler.

It should be backwards-compatible with all previous versions of django-require, so there's no reason not to upgrade!
