MS Project export functionality and Gantt charts

Hello!

Some updates to django-project-management that are now in the Trunk version.

1. Gantt Charts. Using JSGantt you are now able to view a HTML Gantt
chart from your Work Breakdown Structure.

This feature is nice, but there are a few issues with JSGantt that I'm
going to report upstream with regards to sizing and colouring

2. MS Project export. You can now export your project into MS Project
2007 using XML. All tasks, dependancies and assignments are exported
and reimported into MS Project.
