Timelines

Hello,

I've committed a nice new feature to the trunk version of
django-project-management.

Timelines shows you a date based representation of Work Items. You can
scroll back and forward through time and see which events are
scheduled when. Events are also clickable to see the WBS description.

This is based on the Simile Widget "Timeline".
