Is a documentation is really accessible from somewhere?

Can not read documentation from bserve.webhop.org, DNS request failed. Don't see anything in the github wiki about a project. May I see any project documentation somewhere except readme file?

I got the old docs from the "wayback" web site, and posted it under issues.  Probably should go somewhere else, but a bit more available now.
