Hey everyone,

Let's get the new name proposals out to the lawyer for review ASAP.
The longer we wait, the longer the Penny Press name gets used all over
the code and the harder the renaming process will be.

Send me a list of your favorite names so that we can send them out to
our lawyer. Even if you think the name might be a trademark issue,
send it anyway. You never know, that awesome name that you thought
wouldn't work may be available.

My proposed names are (in order of preference):

Mingus
NewsroomPy
PennyPressCMS
Edgewood

Thanks,
Eric Moritz.

I'm going to set the deadline for names to be tomorrow at 10am so I
can send them to the lawyer. I want to get this resolved quickly.

Thanks,
Eric.

I know Glenn likes AnyPress, and since he doesn't seem to like google
groups, I'll stick in here to remind myself of it.

Eric.

I'm extending the deadline to be for the 2pm meeting we're having to
choose the names we want to submit. So get them into the google
spreadsheet. If you don't have access to the google spreadsheet, let
me know and I'll add you

I know I'm late on this, but I'll add

Presscent

It calls back to the idea of a penny (cent) press, and sounds like
prescient, a knowledge of things before they happen, and newspapers
certainly want to be the first to know.

reminds me of "the scent of a pres(ident)."
