what django-paypal to get?

I see johnboxall started it all but mthornhill's fork seems to be
references in a few places (http://github.com/mthornhill/django-
paypal). any thoughts?

Dear David Cramer,

I downloaded the code from the dcramer fork.

However, many of the internal references on that fork link back to the
jboxall version (such as the download instructions on github and the
readme shipped with it).

Is there a reason for that?
