My project that i'm working on at the minute is very similar, but I haven't started the customization part yet. Will you let users choose where they print on the t-shirt (front, back, arm, etc)?

It sounds like you'll need to create some custom views and probably a django model or two to handle the user upload(s) for the order to be fulfilled.

Let's keep sharing ideas!
