A Flutter app dev. is looking for REST API backend framework

Hi,

We are evaluating the Django-Oscar package to understand whether this is compatible with our Flutter app, which requires REST APIs. So, we are wondering whether Oscar has REST APIs developed for its existing Apps or do we need to develop REST APIs from scratch?  We are planning to use most of the existing ecommerce apps like the following:

1. User registration

2. Communication

3. Cart and Payments

4. Support ticketing

5. Help pages

6. Wishlist

7. Offers

But if we develop or customize new apps using Oscar, I would assume, we will have to develop the REST APIS for the customized apps.  

Please advise and let me know whether our understanding is in-lined with Oscar license and customization expectations?
