How do I add 18% VAT to products?

Hi all,

for a few days ago, I decided to use oscar for all my next e-commerce projects. but I still couldn't find how to add vat. probably because I don't understand the structure of the system yet. but I couldn't solve this problem because I couldn't find an oscar example working on github. I don't want to give up yet.

my question is, i want to add 18% and 8% two different vat. I will be glad if you can help. thank you.
