Hey All,
Just wanted to let you know that tomorrow will be the first meeting of
PyNash, the nashville python users group, details below. Would love to
see anyone who can make it.

When: Thursday, January 14th 2010, 6:00pm
Where:
Emma
2120 8th Avenue South
Nashville, TN 37204

Right now, the only thing on the schedule is a presentation on pyres,
a job worker queue.

Hate to miss it but here are some not-Django things I'd be interested in hearing about or presenting on:

itty/juno/other-non-bloated-web-frameworks

pystache templating library (http://github.com/defunkt/pystache)


mongoengine - ORM for MongoDB (http://github.com/hmarr/mongoengine)

py-yajl - YAJL for Python (http://github.com/rtyler/py-yajl)


Also, been thinking about headless browser tools for testing web apps.  Ruby has Celerity (http://celerity.rubyforge.org/) which is a JRuby port of htmlunit (http://htmlunit.sourceforge.net/).  Was thinking something like this would be nifty to port to Jython.
