__init__() got multiple values for keyword argument 'where'

Using Django 1.2, in query.py

super(MultilingualQuery, self).__init__(model, connection,
where=where)

perhaps something has changed? I'm trying to make django-tagging
multilingual.

ah, I've found http://code.google.com/p/django-multilingual/issues/detail?id=114
but there is no compiler module. Any progress on this?
