to django-mptt-dev

I have in MPTT folowing Strukture:

Level 1_1

Level_2_1

Level_3_1

Level_3_2

Level_2_2

Level_1_2

etc. pp.

Now i want in template a Select Multiple Field where it shows the same Structure. Can someone please help me?
