create po files

Hi,

So, I'd very like django-modeltranslation to put all those fields in the po files when I do a 

python manage.py makemessages

How is it possible ?

So, i've done it by myself, and it's pretty well working, compilemessages and makemessages.

Hello Jérôme,

i've implemented something similiar a few years ago (used polib, too). It was
pretty much a proof of concept, but worked without hardcoding. Let me see if i
can still find it ...

I updated the gist, so ti's no more hardcoded, the things seems working better :)
