keep language active after saving an object + 'None' flag

Hi,

I got a quite weird feature request from my users: when editing an
object in certain language and clicking on "save and continue editing"
continue editing with the same language. I doubt if there's such a
setting, could you tell me please?

On the other hand, I see in the newest releases a 'None' flag has been
added to the non-default languages. My users don't like it neither,
because it's switched on by default so sometimes it can lead to errors.
Is there a way to remove it or handle it? I mean: if the field is not
empty, auto-disable this flag instead emptying the content.
