I work for a business that rents party supplies, such as tents, tables, and chairs. A common scenario is that a customer will have an event and want to rent multiple different kinds of items for that event, but they might forget something or not realize what all of their options are. So the workflow in our LFS instance will be that a customer submits an order and then someone from the store calls and makes sure they don't need to add anything to their order.
Is there a way that staff users can open an existing order and add to it? Or is it just a matter of me creating a new form?
I would also like staff to be able to add comments to an order that the customer won't see. I'm trying to figure out a way to do that that won't break the next time I have to upgrade my LFS instance.
