Upgrade from django-lfs-0.7.6 to latest

Hi all,

I've an old website running on LFS 0.7.6, is there any documentation I can follow to easily upgrade it to a recent version? To what version should I try to upgrade: last stable 0.7 or one of the 0.8/0.9 alpha?
