Shipping method without address

Hi

I am considering deploying LFS for a cafe so customers can order goods and come to pick then up. To save the customer from typing and to make the checkout flow more elegant I would like to have the customer enter only their name and phone number when ordering for pickup.

How can this be done?,I have been trying to customize the views but l get problems on the validation of the form so I thought I should ask before going further into it.
