Thanks for developing and sharing this. Do you know if anyone has
ported this to GAE? I'm interested in building a split-test system
using the webapp framework on GAE, but I certainly don't want to re-
invent the wheel.

It has not been ported to GAE as far as I know. I'd be happy to accept such patches.
