django 1.8 and new postgres specific fields

I'm using django-hstore with success in some projects but i notice that django 1.8 embeds a postgresql hstore field:

You intent to continue a separated development or to merge into main django project?

We intend to gradually wrap / mirror the new core django HStoreField.

I would also like to make the ReferenceField an addon in a separate python package.

I would also like to cleanup and make the VirtualField implementation a separate reusable package.

The question is how and when.. it will take some time.
