dynamic settings ( haystack_connections in settings.py )

Which can be te best way to load haystack_connections dynamically

I need to have an Admin role capable of creating an index and I wish to manage it at database level and avoid touching settings.py each time this is done.

(I'm using haystack+whoosh for indexing)
