how to change default folder and image path in backend

hi ,

i am unable to change the path of folder and image path in backend and in database .it is taking random folder name in media directory and in admin site it is showing perfect whatever i am taking folder name but that folder is showing in side media it is creating filer_public but i want by user name. i am attaching one image .please go through that . it is showing folder and file path
