Download functionality in admin ui of filer

Hi,

i have uploaded the file as per the default settings of the filer configurations. The file got uploaded successfully and got stored under the filer_public dir.

However when I am trying to download the file using the download option it is giving the following error

"Folder with ID "unfiled_images/filer_public/8b/17/8b17183d-a35e-4906-a06e-8b107490c189/<filename>.cc" doesn't exist. Perhaps it was deleted?"

Could you please help me understand what could be missing to make it work ?

The django-version is 1.11.1 and django-filer version is 1.4.4
