JS tree structure and tinymce widgets disappeared

Hi all!
Feincms widgets suddenly disappeared.
I saw this already during installation process, and fixed it by
specifying correct media paths etc. But it stopped displaying again.
However http://mysite.com/static/feincms/fein_tree.js is still
available...
Can anyone suggest what can be the source of the trouble?

Found the answer - I accidentally changed the permissions of the
catalog with media files, so django of apache couldn't access them.
After restoring rules widget work again.
