What to do with models which have option managed=False?
(this is newer django option
http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/models/options/#django.db.models.Options.managed)

In my opinion such models/tables should be ignored in evolution process.
Now, django-evolution deals with them as they are 'normal' tables.
